I order a shoe and when I deliver that product that is totally different from the product that I order. And there is no contact number and no one reply us on email.

I bought hoverboard at Hulala website n i find battery can't be charge after 2 month of usage . I need to return to repair and I understand that Kuchai Lama branch being close. Where can i come and give for repair. Tq

Is There Any Option for Negative 5-Star?
If yes, I would rate this company NEGATIVE 5-STAR! Order an item from this company 3 months ago, received nothing until now despite numerous follow-ups. Email response rate is like 1 out of 10, the so-called customer service hotline never got pickep up. No physical address, no nothing! Never deal with this kind of company because if you get into problem, you have nowhere to complain! Can't believe they exist until now!

Lousy Customer Service and Help Desk
I purchased a Mont Blanc ball point pen via the website. Barrel of pen started to crack for no reasons and wrote in to ask for warranty claim. I have sent emails 3 times yet no one responded or even acknowledge the email. \n\nI am beginning to wonder if the item is even authentic. I have another Mont Blanc pen and have it for years without such problems. I am beginning to wonder if it is the real thing. \n\nThis will be the last item I will ever purchase from this on-line store.

I had make an order for more than two weeks and I receive nothing. So I email to hulala, no one reply and I tried to call to their customer service hotline, guess what no one pick up it! Till now I have no idea what to do now. It's damn bloody bad experience I had in my lifetime of doing online shopping! Hulala this will be my first time and last thou.

WORST EVER I'VE EXPERIENCED AND IT IS TRUE FOR ALL. NO HELPDESK, DUMMY NUMBER WHERE NO ONE ANSWERS, NO EMAIL REPLY, PRODUCT BOUGHT CANT USE IN 2 DAYS. NO RESPONSE. Calling but always no reply or on hold
Ordered 2 items but only received 1 item. Being calling and email since 25.7.16 10 minutes after I received the good. This morning call until now 12.50pm still ask to call back

Lousy After Sales Service
Bought a pair of Fitflop through their web last year in July and seller informed that the item has no stock. Requested for Hulala to refund full amount into my bank account, but they said their accounts are processing from last year until to-date. Very very lousy after sales service. \n\nFor those who loves to shop online, please go to other e-commerce web and don't ever try HULALA.COM.MY.
