Poor stock management and poor customer service
1. Purchased laptop RAM from their website IPMart.com on 23 June 2017. Their website stated laptop RAM was in stock. Payment made and waited for the item.\n2. Received an email from IPMart on 3 July 2017 stating that they were facing delays in getting the laptop RAM stock from their supplier due to the public holiday.\n3. Received 2nd email from IPMart on 6 July 2017 stating that their supplier is closed due to a company trip.\n4. Received 3rd email from IPMart on 10 July 2017 finally informing me that their supplier has run out of stock! I requested a refund and was told it by their customer service the refund would be processed within 3 - 5 working days.\n5. I sent an email to IPMart on 20 July 2017 asking for an update to my refund. I was advised by their customer service the refund has been processed and it would take 7 working days.\n6. Today is 31 July 2017 and I called my bank and they advised they have not received any refunds from IPMart.com. \n7. I'm sick and tired of writing to them chasing for my refund. It is very annoying that they're treated a first-time customer this way.\n8. I will NEVER purchase anything from IPMart again even if the item is cheaper on their site compared to others to avoid such hassle and torment again.\n\nIn my opinion:\nWhy does IPMart list the item as "in stock" when they can't even confirm the item with their supplier? It seems IPMart is at the mercy of their suppliers. Poor stock management. \n\nThe refund process is annoyingly slow.

"Once they got hold of your money, that's the end, period."\n\nI bought a "PS3 Slim" from them on 31 March 2015, they called me up on 7 April 2015 (what took them so long?) just to tell me they don't have "PS3 Slim" in stock, they asked if I wanted a refund or to change my order.\n\nI told them I want a refund and they said they will add that credit amount into my IP Mart account instead of returning that money to me; the credit will expire in a year. This forced me to change my order instead, I ended up ordering a "PS3 Super Slim" which is slightly cheaper (way more expensive than other sources), again they only return credit into my IP Mart account.\n\nI made use of that credit difference to buy a PS2 Memory Card (64MB) as my credit could afford the largest capacity with some change left. When I received this card, I find the card extremely thick with terrible edges and ghost prints. I instantly regret it and Googled it up, it seems that Sony never release anything larger than 8MB, which means it is definitely a counterfeit product.\n\nI contacted their customer service immediately, took them 2 weeks to update me regarding their investigation. I nudge them after another 2 weeks, they responded my ticket by asking me to send the product back to them for a credit refund if I'm not happy with it.\n\nThat's it, I stopped dealing with IP Mart ever since.

Fake stock and slow response
Just because the items are listed, doesn't mean that it's physically available and ready to be shipped, and everything else (communication,delivery etc.) is slow. Better just stick with lazada/lelong/ebay.

I won't believe it, they have delivered my order directly to my hometown. It was amazing because it's a village. Even any online shopping website can't deliver. I am so happy with ipmart.com . Unavailable items for sale, slow delivery, very very slow refund
I place a total of 5 orders through this website. Only one was delivered on time. Three of the orders I had to change model because they had no stock. They did not update their website stocks. Now I'm still waiting for my partial refund. It has been 2 months + now. Not doing business with them anymore. Be warned.

Don't choose iPmart.com.my!
My order item has been 2 week , till now payment is confirmed and delivery still in pending. I email to customer care he guy reply me"Please be informed that we are still in the midst of processing on your order. We shall process on the order within 1-7 working days after payment confirm." What The Fxxk? How many days you guys process the payment and delivery? If you online shopping with iPmart I promise you will get the Fxxk? Please closed now the poor business! Now I email to customer service to updated the delivery status, he guy still haven't reply me. Snail slow..... will not be fool by them again..
I placed my ordered, made the payment, and a weeks without any shipment confirmation. \n\nContacted the customer care multiple times, and all the responses are the same templates message saying "we are still in the midst of processing your order..." with no estimated dates. \n\nIf I'd get my item from Lelong or Lazada, I'd have received my order already. \n\nGuys, it's year 2015. Speed is everything. Amazon is doing one-hour delivery.\n\nMy advice.... just close that ipmart browser tab right now.
