I was going to have 4 days holidays after my exam and before the new posting started.In order to fill the gaps,I decided to buy a books entitled A doctor in the house:Tun Dr Mahathir Memoir and I was quite desperate to get it before my holidays started .Thanks to prompt action of MPH online,the book arrived on time and I was manage to finish half of the books which are quite bulky in these 4 days, leaving the later half to be read slowly after starting my hectic posting

Bad experience overall. I was told they needed more than a number on my membership card so if you dont bring the card you are not a member. You also rip off customers on your offers as we have checked twice in a My Little Pony promotion that took our names and phone number on the pretext of later calling us when the free gifts arrived. We all bought up to your specified amount for this gift and you were given personal contacts. Nobody seems to remember this promotion at your counters.

I was looking for a rare book that hardly been found in any of bookstore here anymore. I found it in MPH Online, and delivered this special parcel for someone important. I received the news that he havent got the parcel after some days and was a bit panic due to the coming birthday of his. \n\nI then goes to contact MPH Online from their FB page and imagine, it was on midnight last night. I was truly glad that MPH service even on costumer service is really great one. I received fast respond although supposedly today is Sunday, and I think most people doesnt work on Sunday but they still respond to my question.\n\nI then been told that someone else retrieved the package for the receiver I supposedly sent the parcel to (I guess, his colleagues on afternoon shift retrieve it), and I went to update this to both MPH Online and GDex service. I feel sorry too since I feel its not nice to disturb them on Sunday especially (and luckily I didnt get angry or anything when I asked MPH Online and GDex about the package), but I guess both GDex and MPH Online deserves this rank. \n\nI'll be glad to have a nice costumer service like this in future onwards and continue enjoying your services. :D Thanks!

Excellent Service, 4.5 Stars
The out-of-stock orders took about 2 weeks to reach my home, which was quite good. Nonetheless, I was astonished about how fast the books arrived at my house, within 2 days after I placed the in-stock order! I was, indeed, satisfied with the quality service that MPH provides and looking forward to placing more order with MPH in the future. Keep up the good work and hope you expand by bringing in more good book titles, MPH!

Cancelled Order but cannot cancel all
Ordered 3 books, one is out of stock and have to wait. so i asked to cancel the order which means all of it, because looking for other alternative. Suddenly they still send 2 books. Still want to take customer money even though asked to cancel it
